Nice to meet you, I’m Gabriella.

I was raised in North Texas alongside my two younger brothers. Growing up in a “just do it” family, I’ve always been someone who tries new things—from gymnastics to playing the viola to photography. If you ask my childhood friend, Karisma, she’ll tell you I’m the person who always says yes to whatever new adventure she’s cooking up.

That instinct shows up in how I work on teams. I’m naturally curious and comfortable stepping into ambiguity. I like asking questions, connecting dots, and pushing ideas far enough to see what they can become.

As a teammate, I bring energy, follow-through, and a genuine interest in other people’s perspectives. I take the work seriously, believe good strategy comes from listening before speaking, and value teams that balance rigor and creativity. I’m at my best when I’m helping shape ideas alongside people who care about the thinking behind the work as much as the final product.
