Dallas Fire Department
SMU’s ADV 6399 Advertising Campaigns x City of Dallas
The goal of the campaign was for residents to recognize DFR’s full scope of services and feel connected to the department in their daily lives
My DFR Team developed and presented an integrated advertising campaign for the Dallas Fire Department, encompassing audience research, creative strategy, media planning, and final client presentation
Grounded in primary and secondary research, we conducted a city-wide survey in order to understand Dallas residents’ perceptions, awareness, and engagement with Dallas Fire-Rescue. We gathered both quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities to strengthen DFR’s community presence and enhancing public understanding of their full scope of services.
(Concept 1) Numbers: This campaign represents making the unseen visible by showing residents the full scope of DFR’s work beyond fires by highlighting statistics, rapid response, and public trust
